One of the things that Natasha Tuftin appreciates about small town living is that everyone knows everyone else. "It's nice to have that personal connection with each customer, knowing most people in town and their families," she says. Those that she doesn't know become acquaintances and friends quickly after spending time chatting in a salon chair while they get their hair done. Because it's a small town, chances are pretty good that she will run into clients around town. All of these familiar relationships make Mackenzie a warm, friendly and safe place to live and do business.

Another great aspect of Mackenzie living is its natural setting right within the heart of the great outdoors. The lake, of course, is one of its greatest natural gems, and its forests and mountains are also incredible assets. "We are very fortunate to live nearby them without having to drive out of town," says Natasha.

Natasha was born and raised in Mackenzie. She has deep community roots and is proud to be a local business owner and active community member.
